Angulo & Morsa Legacy Consulting is based in Menifee, California.

Our direct commercial work primarily serves established businesses throughout Riverside County, with on-site support concentrated in Southwest and Western Riverside County, including:

We may also support selected commercial clients in nearby Inland Empire and North San Diego County communities when the engagement is a strong fit.

Public-sector, government-contractor, remote, hybrid, and subcontracted opportunities may be considered outside our standard commercial service area when the scope, qualifications, schedule, travel, security, insurance, and performance requirements are appropriate.

Our work is delivered through an appropriate combination of virtual collaboration and planned on-site support.

On-site work is used when it contributes directly to observation, process analysis, stakeholder or employee input, implementation, testing, training, or sustainment.

Travel requirements, multiple locations, extended on-site support, and other delivery requirements are evaluated during scoping and included in the approved proposal, contract, purchase order, task order, or subcontract before work begins.
