About Us
Angulo & Morsa Legacy Consulting was built around something personal to us: family business legacy.
We’re Edwin Angulo and Mallory Morsa, a husband-and-wife team based in Southwest Riverside County. We understand that small businesses are more than income streams. They are reputations, livelihoods, customer relationships, and often the result of years of sacrifice, risk, and hard work.
We help small and family-owned businesses improve the systems behind the customer experience — from how customers first find and understand the business to how they contact, buy, receive service, return, review, and refer.
Our work looks at both sides of that experience: what customers see and what has to happen behind the scenes for the business to follow through consistently.

A website issue may actually be a service clarity issue. A customer experience problem may come from inconsistent follow-up, unclear handoffs, or undocumented routines. A marketing problem may reflect confusing messaging, weak customer next steps, or missing internal systems.
That is why we look at both sides of the business: how customers experience the business and how the work gets done behind the scenes.
Edwin Angulo
Edwin’s background includes operations leadership, service delivery improvement, business ownership, healthcare operations, military logistics, workflow improvement, documentation, KPI tracking, capacity planning, scheduling, resource coordination, compliance documentation, and quality-control routines.
He is currently completing a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Project Management. His professional development also includes Lean Six Sigma, Lean Management, and OSHA 30-Hour General Industry training.
Mallory Morsa
Mallory’s background includes website strategy, website design and development, user experience, customer experience, branding, marketing strategy, email marketing, SEO-informed content, accessibility initiatives, campaign execution, team leadership, and implementation support.
She earned a bachelor’s degree in organizational management, graduating summa cum laude, with a minor in marketing. She is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Psychology.
